09dat Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 09dat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 09dat platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 09dat platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued access to the platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. The most recent effective date will always be displayed prominently at the top of this document.

09dat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active account holders via email or on-platform notification where practicable. Material changes that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice prior to taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all 09dat products and services, including but not limited to: the 09dat Casino (live casino and RNG games), cricket and sports betting markets, Jackpot Bingo, Callbreak Quick, Slots, all bonus and promotional offers, the BDT wallet, deposit and withdrawal functions, and all customer support interactions.

09dat is an adult entertainment platform. Access to all games, betting markets, and financial services offered on 09dat is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing on 09dat under any circumstances.

• Single account rule: You may hold only one (1) active 09dat account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

09dat enforces its minimum age policy through a structured KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. All players who reach withdrawal thresholds, and all players flagged by our risk systems, are required to submit government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth. Accounts that fail age verification will be suspended immediately and any deposits refunded minus any winnings generated, at 09dat's sole discretion.

To access 09dat's games, betting markets, and financial services, you must first create a verified player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are required to create a unique, secure password for your 09dat account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 09dat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process for all players who wish to make withdrawals, who trigger automated risk thresholds, or who are selected for routine compliance review. KYC documentation required may include:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days)

09dat will process submitted KYC documents within two (2) to five (5) business days. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification completion. Providing false, altered, or borrowed documentation during KYC is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

09dat applies SSL encryption and secure data handling protocols to all KYC submissions. 09dat operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, bonus amounts, and betting stakes are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied to transactions on the 09dat platform, as we treat BDT as the platform's native currency.

Deposits: Players may fund their 09dat wallet using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 09dat; however, your mobile banking provider's own transaction limits will apply. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Transaction Limits: 09dat may apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to individual accounts as part of our responsible gaming framework or in response to risk management requirements. Players may also set their own deposit limits from within their account settings. Self-imposed limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 48 hours after the change is requested.

Failed or Disputed Transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your 09dat wallet within 30 minutes of your payment being debited from your mobile banking account, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and payment screenshot. 09dat will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 2 business days. Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 09dat support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: 09dat is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities through its platform. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment source as deposits wherever possible. Large or unusual transaction patterns may trigger an enhanced KYC review, and 09dat reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse transactions that are flagged by our compliance systems pending investigation.

09dat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings generated using bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used as part of a coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee profit (bonus abuse).
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the specific promotion explicitly states that a bonus is cashable without a wagering requirement.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. The original qualifying deposit amount (net of any losses) will be returned for withdrawal.
• 09dat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any genuine stakes placed using bonus funds prior to cancellation will be honoured.

Promotional Communications: By registering an account with 09dat, you consent to receiving promotional communications via email. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to use the platform or receive service-related notifications.

By using the 09dat platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to comply with the following obligations at all times.

You agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and during any KYC or compliance process.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify 09dat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling and the use of digital payment services.
• Use the responsible gaming tools available to you if your gaming habits become problematic, and seek assistance from our support team at [email protected].

Prohibited conduct — you must not:

• Register more than one 09dat account, or register a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Use software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the 09dat platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error may be voided by 09dat. You must report any such error to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, engage in match-fixing on betting markets, or participate in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Use your 09dat account to launder money, finance illegal activities, or conduct any transaction connected to criminal proceeds.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the 09dat platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Post, transmit, or share abusive, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content via any communication channel provided by 09dat.
• Allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your 09dat account on your behalf.

09dat reserves the right to monitor account activity for the purpose of detecting prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 09dat may suspend the account immediately, void associated bets and winnings, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account. 09dat will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your 09dat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, 09dat will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Suspension by 09dat: 09dat reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or provision of false information
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification
• Receipt of a valid third-party self-exclusion notification relating to the account holder
• Technical or security reasons that require temporary account restriction to protect the player or the platform

Closure by 09dat: In cases of serious or confirmed breach, 09dat may permanently close an account. Where closure is due to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or other criminal conduct, any balance held in the account may be forfeited and referred to relevant authorities. Where closure is due to non-criminal breach (e.g., duplicate account), the balance net of any voided bonus winnings will typically be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet, no withdrawal). 09dat will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

09dat provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

09dat's liability to you is limited as follows:

• 09dat is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 09dat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 09dat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 09dat is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, mobile network failures, power cuts, acts of God, civil unrest, government actions, or failures in third-party payment infrastructure (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank system outages).
• 09dat is not liable for any decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error. Obvious errors in odds, game results, or account balances may be corrected at 09dat's discretion, and bets placed at demonstrably erroneous odds may be voided.
• 09dat does not provide financial, legal, or gambling addiction advice. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a guarantee of winnings or a recommendation to bet any particular amount. Gambling involves risk and players may lose their entire deposited balance.

Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to 09dat's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a player and 09dat, players are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 09dat is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property: All content on the 09dat platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, brand assets, and written content — is the property of 09dat or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 09dat.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
